I actually have a suggestion for a ‘blog’ as far as the ‘CORE Knowledge’ program and how it has been implemented in public school teaching practices, I recently became aware of it through staff developmental meetings at my school , Boys and Girls Harbor in Harlem NYC, I found the literature and the techniques introduced over that particular weekend to be very interesting and helpful in dealing with energetic kids aged 9 TO 11 active in after school, and it’s a fairly recent program founded in 1986, by Dr. E.D. HIRSCH JR. Anyway, I thought this may be a good idea for a future blog; check out http://www.coreknowledge.org for more info! thanks,
