Mark Mallardi has an extensive Marketing background that traces back over the course of a career spanning 25 years. As Vice President of Marketing for Educational Insights, Mr. Mallardi is responsible for the development of marketing and branding strategy, co-marketing relationships, and a customer insights database. His charter extends to all aspects of marketing planning and execution, including website strategy, email and direct mail marketing, catalogs, tradeshows, public relations, advertising, and packaging copy/aesthetics.
Mark previously served as Chief Marketing Officer/General Manager of Education for Scope Seven, Inc, a leading interactive design and media services studio. Prior to Scope Seven, he served in a variety of Sales, Marketing, and General Management positions at Classroom Connect, Information Resources Inc, Pepsi-Cola USA, and Phillip Morris USA. Mark received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Iona College in NY.

In a nutshell my background is: high school science teacher and coach for three years, 20 years in the auto industry rising to executive position in a $1 billion parts supplier business, two years as president and COO of a group of small West Michigan companies, a seven-year “semi-retirement” into a private 2,600 student K-12 school as the director of operations and a basketball coach, then back into the corporate world as VP – Sales & Marketing for a small K-12 furniture manufacturer (Fleetwood Group, Inc. in Holland, MI).

Rebecca Haden spent 15 years in the classroom and 7 in administration before moving into educational retail for another 15 years. As a marketing specialist, she has spent much of her retail time presenting teacher workshops and organizing events, as well as dusting the shelves and doing story hours.
